Pool care that covers more than the water

A clean-looking pool is only part of the job. Behind it is a pump, a filter, a heater or heat pump, maybe a salt cell and a cleaner, all working together. When one of them slips, the water usually shows it first.

Elite Pool Professionals handles both sides. We skim, brush, and balance your water on a regular schedule, and we also repair, install, and clean the equipment that keeps it that way. One company, one phone number, and someone who already knows your pad.

Why Elite

5.0 stars on Google

We’re grateful for every customer who’s taken the time to leave us a review. We work hard to earn each one.

Water and equipment under one roof

Most pool problems come down to equipment: a pump losing prime, a filter overdue for cleaning, a salt cell coated in scale. We service the water and fix the gear, so you don’t have to call two companies to solve one problem.

Warranty station for major brands

We’re a warranty station for all Jandy, Raypak, and Hayward equipment, Polaris pool cleaners, and AquaCal heat pumps. If covered equipment fails, we can handle the warranty repair locally, so you don’t have to chase a manufacturer.

Frequently Asked Questions

Which service schedule is right for my pool: weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly?

Most pools do best with weekly service during swim season, especially with heavy tree cover, lots of swimmers, or summer heat. Bi-weekly or monthly can work for pools with lighter use, good automation, and an owner who handles some upkeep between visits. We’ll suggest a schedule after we see your pool.

What happens during a maintenance visit?

We skim the surface, brush walls and steps, vacuum, empty the skimmer and pump baskets, and empty your pool cleaner. We test and balance the water, check and refill the automatic chlorinator, check filter pressure and backwash when needed, and tell you about any repairs we spot.

My pump died. Do I have to get a variable-speed pump?

Most likely, yes. Under U.S. Department of Energy rules, pool pump motors of 1.15 to 5 total horsepower made on or after September 29, 2025 must be variable-speed. Smaller motors have a later deadline. The good news: variable-speed pumps can run at low speeds for long periods, which usually saves energy and runs quieter.

How often should my filter be cleaned?

It depends on the filter and your pool. A good rule is to act when the pressure gauge reads about 8–10 psi above its clean starting pressure. Cartridge filters are cleaned by removing and rinsing the cartridges. Sand and DE filters are backwashed, and Hayward recommends taking a DE filter apart for a full cleaning about once a year.

What does a warranty station do?

A warranty station is a service company the manufacturer allows to perform warranty repairs. We’re a warranty station for all Jandy, Raypak, and Hayward equipment, Polaris pool cleaners, and AquaCal heat pumps. We diagnose the problem, work with the manufacturer to confirm coverage and get approval, and make the repair. Registering your equipment when it’s installed and keeping your receipt makes the process much smoother.
